In this 8 week online course you will learn the entire set of the
‘Ba Duan Jin’ or ‘8 Pieces of Brocade’ Qi Gong.
This is a superb qigong routine that will powerfully yet gently strengthen your body from the inside.
Qigong is the art of cultivating one’s energy. How your vital energy or Qi flows through your body, determines the quality of your health.
It is a way of powerfully stimulating the circulation of blood, body fluid and Qi helping to remove energy blockages that can lead to ill health.
The beauty of Qigong is that anyone can do it.
No matter your physical ability or age everyone can enjoy this ancient healing art.
In this course, you will be guided step by step though the 8 movements of this qigong routine.
You will have plenty of time to learn and absorb the content so that you have a complete Qigong workout by the end of the course.
The movements provide a gentle yet thorough workout for your body, mind and energy system.
It is the perfect way to start your day leaving you feeling energised but relaxed and ready to enjoy life.
We will also be exploring the not widely known internal principles of qigong.
These internal principles or Neigong will transform your Qigong movements from ordinary everyday exercise to a powerful healing system that can help you transform your health .
You will learn about the special Taoist healing method of breathing that we incorporate with the Qigong movements.
This will help deepen your awareness and connection with your body, mind and energy which is crucial when learning these energy arts.
This way of breathing will also help you learn how to manage your emotions, calm the mind and let go of tension.

Autumn Health Boost with Ba Duan Jin Qigong online course
We will be meeting each Monday at 7.30pm GMT online via Zoom.
All sessions will be recorded and available to watch in the Qigong video library.
This means that if you cannot be at the Live sessions (which is always better) you can still watch them afterwards in your own time.
These recordings will be available throughout the 8 week course and for two weeks afterwards if you still need to catch up.
I want to assure you that no attendees will be in view on the recording!
