Morning Tai Chi To Super Start Your Day!
As with most mornings nowadays I have a little ritual..I get up and have a cup of tea..essential! I then wander into the garden and pause for a moment. This pause is important for me as it allows me the time to take in the beauty that is all around that with the fast paced life we all live these days, is easily glossed over. It is in these pauses that we can become fully aware and live in the moment. My body and mind appreciate these special moments. I then begin my tai chi practice. The fluid movements of the form unravelling..my mind still..my breath free..
As I travel through my day I constantly remind myself to pause..listen..breathe and let go..
This process is invaluable, the effects immeasurable!
